The 天美传媒 Parents鈥� Association (PA) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Executive Election on June 12, 2024 @7:00p – in person only
At this AGM, there will be an election to vote in the Executive Members of the 天美传媒 PA for the 2024/25 school year. Only in person votes will be counted. At least one parent must be present to vote and there will be no Proxies. Please RSVP with your child(ren) name(s) and grade(s):听

Every parent or guardian of a student enrolled at 天美传媒 is:
- A member of the Parents鈥� Association
- Eligible for nomination to the PA Executive Committee
- Eligible to vote during PA Elections each year, unless they are currently employed by the school.
All positions on the PA Executive Committee are open for election during the AGM:
- President / Chairperson
- Vice-President / Co-Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- 3 Members-at-Large*
*As amended in the 天美传媒 PA C&B on May 15,2024, the Members-at-Large will now be an elected PA position with a “specific role” to be determined by selecting from a list of available / vacant PA roles, ie. committee leads where needed.
***Nominations are due at the AGM on June 12, 2024. Nominees must be present at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to accept their nomination.听 Members must also be in attendance during the AGM in order to participate in voting.***
